The provisions of the Terms apply to the use of the Twosome Cabin accommodation and the related services.
The Service Provider is entitled to conclude an individual agreement that may differ from the provisions of the Terms.
By submitting a booking and receiving written confirmation of it, the Guest declares that they have read and accept the provisions of the Terms.
03The contracting party and the Guest
The user of the service is the Guest.
Twosome Cabin is an adult-friendly guest house designed for two people. Only guests registered in advance may use the accommodation.
When booking, the Guest is required to provide their own details and those of any accompanying guests truthfully.
The Guest is responsible for ensuring that the details given when booking are accurate and true.
The Guest is required to provide the data and documents requested by the Service Provider for the use of the accommodation and for compliance with legal obligations.
04Formation of the contract and booking
The Guest may submit a booking request to the Service Provider verbally, by email or through the booking system available on the website.
The Service Provider will, where possible, send a written quote within 48 hours in response to an enquiry sent directly. The quote is valid until the date stated in it.
The accommodation service contract is formed when the Service Provider confirms the Guest's booking in writing.
A verbal booking is valid only if the Service Provider confirms it in writing.
For bookings made on the website, the contract is formed when the booking is finalised and the Service Provider confirms it electronically.
Twosome Cabin can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights per stay.
05Use of the accommodation
Twosome Cabin can be occupied from 15:00 on the day of arrival.
The accommodation must be vacated by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Arrival and departure normally take place with a personal handover. Self-service arrival and departure are also possible by prior arrangement.
The Guest is required to use the accommodation as intended and to comply with the house rules.
The house rules form an inseparable part of these Terms.
06Refusal of the service by the Service Provider
The Service Provider is entitled to refuse to perform the service, or to terminate a service already begun, if the Guest:
- does not use the accommodation or its furnishings as intended;
- seriously or repeatedly breaches the house rules or the safety regulations;
- behaves in a way that endangers the peace, safety or physical wellbeing of others;
- behaves in a highly objectionable, aggressive or disorderly manner;
- carries out prohibited activities on the premises;
- fails to meet their payment obligation;
- has provided false information, or admits a person who is not entitled to use the accommodation;
- is in a situation in which providing the service would breach the law or is objectively impossible.
If the service is refused or terminated, the Service Provider is entitled to enforce its claims against the Guest under the law and under these Terms.
07Cancellation and non-arrival
Cancellations may be notified in writing, to the email address info@twosomecabin.hu only.
The time of cancellation is the time at which the written notice of cancellation arrives at the Service Provider's email address.
7.1. Cancellation at least 30 days before arrival
You may cancel your booking freely and free of charge at least 30 days before the arrival date.

7.3. Non-arrival (no-show)
If the Guest does not arrive on the booked arrival day and has not given prior notice of their absence, the full accommodation fee (100%) is payable.
If the Guest has not yet paid the remaining part of the accommodation fee, they are required to settle it.
7.4. Early departure
If the Guest departs early, the accommodation fee for the full originally booked period is payable. The Service Provider is entitled to re-sell the period that becomes available.
No refund is due to the Guest for an early departure.
The deposit paid and the card details provided at the time of booking may also be used to charge the cancellation fee in the event of a late cancellation.
08Modifying and extending a booking
You may modify your booking freely and free of charge at least 30 days before the arrival date. The modified booking is subject to the rates valid at the time of the modification.
For a modification requested less than 30 days before arrival, the conditions set out in section 7 of these Terms apply.
A modification can be carried out subject to the available capacity of the accommodation, and becomes valid upon written confirmation by the Service Provider.
A stay may be extended only with the prior written permission of the Service Provider, provided the accommodation is available for the requested period.
09Prices
The current rates for Twosome Cabin can be found on the website: twosomecabin.hu - Rates
The Service Provider reserves the right to change the rates shown on the website.
A booking that has already been confirmed is subject to the rate stated in the confirmation, unless the Guest and the Service Provider agree otherwise in writing.
The rates shown include the value of the accommodation service. Any tourist tax payable is charged in accordance with the legislation and municipal rules in force at the time.
If taxes or public charges change in law, the Service Provider acts in accordance with the legislation applicable at the time.
10Payment terms
10.1. Payment schedule
To validate the booking, the Guest is required to pay 50% of the total accommodation fee as a deposit.
After payment of the first instalment required to finalise the booking, the remaining second instalment is due no later than 15 days before arrival.
The second instalment can be settled by bank transfer or through the online payment link sent by email.
If the booking is made within 15 days before arrival, the full accommodation fee, that is 100%, is payable in advance.
10.2. Booking guarantee
A deposit of 50% is required for the booking. The deposit can be paid by debit or credit card, or by bank transfer.
A booking is considered valid only upon a successful card transaction, or once the deposit transfer has arrived by the deadline.
For accommodation services provided on a specified date or for a specified period, the consumer is not entitled, as provided by law, to the general right of withdrawal or termination without giving reasons; cancellation of a booking is governed by the conditions set out in section 7 of these Terms.

If the expiry date of the gift voucher is missed, the value of the voucher cannot be reclaimed.

The guest house is designed for two people, so an extra bed cannot be provided.

On the premises of the accommodation, in its rooms, on the terrace, in the outdoor areas and while using the wellness facilities, the Guest is required to take particular care of their own and others' physical wellbeing and to move and act with the caution appropriate to the circumstances.
The Guest acknowledges that surfaces may become slippery, particularly in outdoor, wet and wellness areas, especially around the jacuzzi and the infrared sauna and in wet or rainy weather, so the use of these areas requires increased care.
It is the Guest's own responsibility to use the accommodation, its furnishings and equipment, and the wellness facilities solely as intended and in compliance with the instructions for use specified by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider accepts no liability for injury or accidents attributable to the Guest's own inattention, lack of caution, improper or irregular use, or breach of the rules governing use of the accommodation.
